Urban designer Lin Xi arrives at a coastal fishing village for a project, and gets caught in the conflict between old pier demolition and fishery ecological protection. She meets Ah Hai, a second-generation fisherman who sticks to the village. From misunderstanding each other to investigating together, they discover the conspiracy of illegal traders secretly discharging sewage into the sea.
