Lin Xiaoman, a traditional sachet inheritor in Gardenia Lane, has long listened to her grandmother's murmur: “When gardenias fall, evening breeze rises, the old one returns”. While restoring her grandmother's old audio with AI, she accidentally accesses an AI-generated young tea master A Yuan from the Republic of China era—who once made a falling-flower promise with her grandmother and died young. With lingering obsession, A Yuan teams up with Xiaoman to find the secret under the old gardenia tree. Xiaoman even discovers her family origin is tied to A Yuan, and cross-era affection quietly brews in the gardenia scent.
