share time: 2026-07-26 06:03:24

In a remote mountain village in the 1970s, materials were scarce. The family was desperate for medical fees for their sick grandmother and tuition for the brother admitted to college. Lin Qiuyue, a village girl, ventured into the mountains alone to hunt without telling others to secure her family's future. With her familiarity with the forest and extraordinary courage, she survived several perils and finally hunted a roe deer, getting enough money for grandmother's treatment and brother's tuition. On the way home, she encountered the production team leader investigating unauthorized hunting. Faced with the hope of saving her family and the risk of breaking team rules, her fate stood at a crossroads.
