Lin Xiaoman, a corporate slave just nagged by her mom for the 30th time about marriage, turns around and crashes into a man in a silver mecha coat—his name is Gu Chuan, who claims to be her "official boyfriend" from a parallel universe. It turns out that in Universe 007, they were partners fighting interstellar pirates, but a war caused Lin Xiaoman's consciousness to "drift" to this ordinary world.
