A paralyzed old man was locked in the cellar to die by his unfilial daughter-in-law, who was busy playing cards and refused neighbors' help. At the critical moment when the old man was on the verge of suffocation, an old enemy bearing half-a-lifetime grudges against the family suddenly showed up. Ignoring past grievances, he smashed the cellar door and risked his life to save the old man. This reversal-filled story about family affection and indifference uncovers hidden truth behind years of grudges, making the selfish daughter-in-law pay for her coldness.
