After losing her job as a beauty blogger, Lin Xia takes over her grandfather's old dessert shop "Sweet Cake House" just to make ends meet, but she knows nothing about restaurant management and can't even do basic cake piping. By chance, she discovers the magical skin-beautifying effect of her grandfather's inherited cream recipe, and cleverly combines desserts with beauty reviews in short videos, which unexpectedly goes viral. Picky food critic Gu Chen comes to criticize the shop, and the two initially clash before discovering each other's strengths. They team up to fight against malicious imitating competitors and finally turn the shabby small shop into a viral internet-famous check-in spot with both good looks and delicious food.
