But they soon uncover a bigger plot: someone is laying a "Thousand Evils Return to Origin Formation", targeting the evil entity sealed by Lin’s grandfather decades ago. As science clashes with metaphysics and the truth unravels, can they stop the disaster that’s about to engulf the city?
