An overworked 996 office worker named Lin Mo thought his life would be nothing but repaying mortgages and squeezing into crowded subways—until he was chosen by the Galactic Council as the Chosen One to save the galaxy. He has to quickly master teleportation, telekinesis and fend off sudden alien invaders, but all he truly wants is to return to his rental apartment to enjoy hot pot and binge anime, avoiding his boss's endless work calls. Caught between his urgent destiny to save the world and his desire to just lie low and relax, he flip-flops between saving Earth and slacking off every day, leading to countless hilarious mishaps.
