When he broke the soul-locking chain and crushed the Inferno's gate, he found his country unrecognizable: the emperor had secured his throne, the empress's family controlled the court, and his fiancée Su Wantang had even become the emperor's Concubine Shu. Now he returns with the vengeful fire of the Inferno, determined to burn all betrayal—but when he raises his sword at the emperor, Su Wantang cries and holds out a secret edict: "Brother Zhao, it's the emperor who wanted to kill you!"
