Retired billiards champion Lin Shen accidentally binds to a "Billiards Enlightenment System" and is forced to coach rookie Su Xiao—whose goal is to defeat her cheating ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend, a professional player. Lin Shen plans to just敷衍, but soon discovers Su Xiao not only has exceptional talent but also holds secrets about his sudden retirement years ago. Between the system's absurd tasks (like playing 100 games on a kids' table with Su Xiao), uncovering the truth about his past withdrawal, and fending off Su Xiao's growing feelings—this "retired old gun" never expected that what he's teaching isn't just billiards, but the courage to live again.
