Her grandmother’s old diary is full of the words "Whispers of the Evening Breeze", guiding her to find a man named Lu Xu. She accidentally stumbles into an empty house by the sea and meets Lu Xu, a reticent bartender who always guards the old lighthouse in the evening and is extra sensitive to "Whispers of the Evening Breeze". As they get closer, Su Wan discovers Lu Xu hides a secret about her grandmother. They unravel a promise spanning two decades in the evening breeze and fall for each other.
