Su Wan, a Beijing white-collar, quits her job after workplace gaslighting and inner awakening, returning to her hometown with fading bamboo weaving Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH). Facing villagers' doubts, funding shortages and lost crafts, she teams up with Lin Ye, a returning youth entrepreneur. They revive old weaving skills, launch an 'ICH + tourism' homestay model. Along the way, she overcomes prejudices, gains sweet love, turns the run-down village into a popular spot, and leads villagers to achieve shared prosperity.
