Urban heiress Su Wanqing is targeted by her business enemies, so she urgently hires Lin Feng, a retired soldier with amazing fighting power, as her personal bodyguard, telling him only to fulfill the protection duty. She thought she had just found a reliable "human shield", but never expected that Lin would awkwardly give her hangover soup when she was drunk, domineeringly help her out when she was unreasonably harassed by a client, and even show his identity as a withdrawn special forces ace when enemies came. The purely employment relationship between them quietly changes through crises and gentle companionship, and Su Wanqing realizes that hiring him as a bodyguard was not wrong, and unexpected love has become a more precious "mission" than life.
