Chef Shen has guarded his family's three-generation-old braising pot for years, whose rich flavors are the soul of the old alley. His son is eager to launch a chain business and even wants to sell the secret braising formula. However, his granddaughter secretly learns braising from him and accidentally discovers deep memories of his late wife hidden in the old pot. The two team up to 'defeat' the son's franchise plan, resolving their estrangement in the process. The braising flavor remains unchanged, now filled with family warmth, becoming a more precious treasure for the residents of the old alley.
