Amai, a harvester driver, makes a living in wheat fields and meets Lin Xia, an urban designer coming to the countryside for inspiration. Lin Xia hits a creative bottleneck in a design competition and is impressed by Amai's unique wheat field art, and they gradually fall in love. However, Lin Xia's fiancé shows up, asking her to give up "rural life" and return to the city, even slandering Amai for approaching intentionally to gain attention. Lin Xia is caught in a dilemma until she discovers Amai's wheat field creation is a memory for his late sister, and unexpectedly learns he is the son of an industrialist living incognito, returning to the countryside to guard his sister's wheat field. This identity-reversed love brings the two misunderstood people together finally.
