Lin Zhi, a female designer, returns to her hometown orchard on the field ridge after her grandmother’s death, intending to sell it quickly for cash. When Cheng Ye, an old acquaintance and a new farmer returning to start a business, also wants to revitalize this land, they clash over concepts at first. They then decide to overcome various difficulties like funds, technology and market together, reviving the barren field ridge. In their time together, they rediscover the throbbing feelings they missed for years, lighting up the hope for new farmers.
