Su Wan, an urban elite hitting career setbacks, returns to her hometown to manage her family’s forested mountains, honoring her grandfather’s final wish. She unexpectedly runs into Lin Ye, the young man who abandoned his studies and stayed to guard the mountain years ago—all because of her words: “I want to chase dreams in the big city”. Years of longing and missed opportunities come alive in the breeze over the hills. Su Wan carries a secret forest-product recipe from her grandfather, aiming to help villagers escape poverty, unaware Lin Ye has been stuck here ever since. The two untangle their old misunderstandings in the woods, team up to protect the forest and boost villagers’ income, and rediscover their pure love and lost purpose under the gentle breeze.
