The owner of the "Tough Fruit Stall" on a suburban alley, Uncle Chen looks ordinary but is actually a retired criminal police officer. He guards the neighborhood with special tricks using his fruit stall: he hits the undercarriage of illegally parked cars with watermelons accurately, and "educates" thieves on the spot with fruits. One day, when street gangsters surround a newly graduated girl asking for help, Uncle Chen doesn't use violence.
