Ma Shiyao, a young master from a prominent Beijing family, journeys to Wuyin Town at the foot of Chunshan Mountain to find his missing uncle. There, he meets Wei Fanshu, a reserved herbalist guarding a century-old medicine hut. He discovers his uncle's trail is tangled with the local legend of "people disappearing when the mountain fog rises"—and Wei Fanshu not only holds half a jade pendant matching his uncle's, but also deliberately blocks his search for the truth. When the spring mountain fog rolls in again, is it a chance to uncover secrets, or a turning point for their hearts and fates?
