share time: 2026-09-01 00:30:25

Lu Xiaoque, an outer sect cook with a useless spiritual root, is looked down upon by fellow disciples in the sect and survives on moldy rice and rotten vegetables. When he accidentally meets the remnant soul of Taotie (the ancient gluttonous beast), he's on the verge of death. In a desperate move, he cooks the low-quality ingredients into porridge, which unexpectedly captures Taotie's ferocious soul, gains its primal power, and awakens the long-lost invincible Chaos spiritual root. Thus, he embarks on a counterattack to humiliate all who once despised him.
