Lin Xiaoman, a cultural relic restorer, travels to a coastal wind farm alone to find the same old wind blade for her grandmother’s century-old wind lamp. But she accidentally breaks into the monitoring area of Gu Chuan, a cold engineer—she mistakes an expensive anemometer for 'scrap iron' and takes it apart, making Gu Chuan furious and demand compensation. From 'enemies' to 'partners': Xiaoman is forced to work off her debt, only to discover the tenderness hidden under Gu Chuan’s cold exterior while helping him maintain wind turbines—he fixes toys for left-behind children and risks his life to save her during a typhoon. As the old letters in the wind lamp unfold, her grandmother’s unfinished love with a wind farm technician years ago surprisingly overlaps with their story. When the sea breeze blows again, will this 'wind-borne couple' rewrite her grandmother’s regret?
