Huyao, a wild girl raised by a mother tiger, breaks into the city with a silver lock around her neck and unexpectedly finds Gu Jingchuan, the owner of the lock, who is dying. The Gu family is already in shambles: mother is a vegetable, brother is paralyzed in a wheelchair, grandfather is critically ill—everyone thinks the Gu family is finished. But Huyao is like a ray of light falling from the sky: she wakes her mother with mountain spring water, helps her brother stand again with wild herbs, and even saves her grandfather’s life with a “tiger roar to drive away evil”. Just as the Gu family finally reunites, Huyao secretly packs her bags—she remembers her mother tiger’s last words: “Return to the mountain when your mission is done.” But this time, all members of the Gu family hold her tightly: “You are our mission, little blessing.”
