Ma Lejie, a frustrated publishing editor, struggles to secure the new book rights of the mysterious best-selling author Cheng Cheng to save her soon-to-be-discontinued magazine. But this cold man proposes strange requests: "Retrieve the picture book manuscript you gave up years ago" and "Help a stray cat find a home". It turns out Cheng Cheng is the down-and-out boy she saved with a hand-drawn fairy tale a decade ago. Now, under the guise of "making things difficult", he's quietly returning the初心 (original heart) and courage she lost. When career despair meets a ten-year hidden love, in this two-way journey of love, who will be the first to say, "I recognized you long ago"?
