Five years ago, Su Wan left without a word after catching Lu Jingshen in a "engagement"; five years later, when she was harassed by a client in a Hong Kong bar, Lu Jingshen stood in front of her in a crisp suit—he grabbed the man’s wrist so hard it looked like he was going to break it, and said in a low voice, "You dare to touch my woman?" When she was forcefully taken back to the villa, Su Wan looked at his red eyes and realized: the "fiancée" back then was a setup by the elders, and he had been searching for her for five years. When Lu Jingshen trapped her in his arms, his nose touching hers, and said, "This time, even if you run to hell, I’ll drag you back," the love and misunderstandings buried by time finally began to burn fiercely in this paranoid "retention."
