Lin Xiaoman accidentally opens a "time rift" between doomsday and reality—she trades compressed food and water tablets from post-apocalyptic ruins for real-world money, all to fund her sister's leukemia surgery. But more money brings more trouble: Starving survivors in doomsday discover her ability to "travel between worlds" and chase her with knives to steal her "escape route"; In reality, a financial team targets her unexplained fortune, suspecting money laundering. When doomsday's icy storm hits with shouts of murder, and police cars pull up outside her real-world home, she realizes: This "supply-for-money" redemption has long become a "hunting game" for her from both worlds.
