In a bustling metropolis, struggling painter Lin Wang acquires a mystical brush that brings drawings to life. When he sketches a slumbering dragon, supernatural phenomena begin plaguing the city. The secretive 'Dragon Gate' organization dispatches agent Su Li to retrieve the brush. As chase turns to romance, neither realizes awakening the dragon demands the painter's life. With the final stroke pending, Lin must choose between love and annihilation.
