Office worker Su Xiaoman rents a cheap old-town apartment to save money, only to bump into top idol Gu Chuan at the door—her new landlord! Gu Chuan hid in his grandma's old house as a "reclusive, cold landlord" to escape the entertainment industry's overexploitation, but Su Xiaoman's "rough-and-tumble life" completely breaks his facade: she shoves him into a vase while fighting for the toilet in the morning, her midnight instant noodles tempt him to cook a disastrous meal, and she even shoves him into a washing machine to hide from paparazzi... From bickering landlord-tenant daily life to gradually piercing each other's masks: Gu Chuan hides his original passion for music, Su Xiaoman bears the grievance of workplace bullying. When the top idol's halo is ground into a soft candy by the warmth of everyday life, is this "idol landlord" cohabitation an unexpected trouble or a sweet surprise from fate?
