Lin Xiaoman, a corporate slave, has a girlfriend Su Xiao who’s obsessed with doomsday survival—her home is stacked with compressed biscuits and emergency lights, and she always rambles about “zombie escape routes” on dates. Lin thinks she’s “living in a unrealistic dream”… until Su secretly joins a national doomsday survival contest. Using “unconventional” skills like catching rainwater with her hands and making filters from rags, she fights her way to the final. Lin then learns: Su’s “weirdness” stems from being trapped in an earthquake for three days a decade ago. Her real reason for competing? To find the “masked uncle” who saved her back then.
