Unemployed office worker Lin Mo moves into a shared apartment after getting fired. One night, he spots his roommate's beautiful girlfriend sneaking out suspiciously. Wanting to warn his roommate, he starts spying and finds strange men meeting her secretly, plus a large unexplained transfer. When he tries to tell his roommate the truth, he gets caught up in an elaborate scam. He soon realizes he's not just after "his woman" but a deadly conspiracy involving multiple lives, kicking off a tense cat-and-mouse game.
