Su Wan, a witch from the cultivation realm, tumbles into the modern city. Just as she’s about to reclaim her witchy dominance, she’s bound to a "Forced Merit System" — without 100,000 merits, she’ll be trapped forever as a "corporate slave"! But in her past life, she only pranked people with magic and stole spiritual herbs. Now, "doing good daily" turns into chaos: helping an old lady gets her framed as a "pusher", searching for a kid’s cat scares it up a tree, and using spiritual power to deliver food freezes the meal into an "ice sculpture"... Right when she’s about to be punished, Gu Shen, a newly returned surgeon, appears — he mutters, "Are you a clown sent by monkeys?" yet silently cleans up her messes and teaches her "how normal people do good". As merit points rise, Su Wan discovers Gu Shen carries the aura of her past-life lover, and the system hides a promise spanning two lifetimes...
