Five-year-old Meatball has a special ability to understand what animals think. She took over a run-down suburban zoo on the verge of bankruptcy to fulfill her grandfather's last wish. There, she finds every animal has hidden charms: the seemingly fierce tiger loves being coddled, the peacock showing off mocks tourists, and even the lethargic hamster has a prank talent. By creating unique interactive activities based on animals' real thoughts, Meatball makes the zoo an instant hit, and the hidden truth left by her grandfather totally changes everyone's stereotype of this old zoo.
