A property manager, eyeing the booming business of a small bakery, deliberately raises the rent to force its owner out. Unknown to him, the bakery owner’s family also runs a jewelry store and a gym. Cornered by the manager’s trick, the owner immediately moves all three businesses to the building across the street.
