Food blogger Yu Tang loses her memory in a car accident and completely forgets her three-year engagement to top lawyer Pei Yanli. Pei hides the ring and guards her silently as a "neighbor brother"—helping her rebuild her food account, accompanying her to regain her sense of taste. But when she becomes popular via live streaming, he discovers the accident was deliberate, aimed at breaking them apart. When Yu Tang mentions "the person I'm most grateful to" in a live stream, Pei suddenly appears with their old engagement ring and says, "I've waited for you for three years." Her memories collapse—all the "coincidences" were his three-year-deep love, all the "protection" was never-changing affection.
