Lin Afu, a blind young man in the countryside, lost his parents early and makes a living collecting waste. He’s called a "good-for-nothing" by village bully Zhang Erniu, and even Zhou Xiaotang, the village flower he secretly loves, finds him "annoying." Until one day, he stumbles upon his grandfather’s old medical book—and his left eye suddenly gains the ability to "see" human meridians! It turns out his grandpa was a reclusive miracle doctor. Afu uses acupuncture to cure Zhang Erniu’s mother’s decade-long illness and saves Zhou Xiaotang’s grandma from a sudden heart attack, instantly becoming the "blind miracle doctor." Those who once bullied him now flock to curry favor: Zhou Xiaotang brings him sugar water eggs daily, widow Sister Li offers to mend his clothes, and even the village chief’s daughter comes to propose. But Afu is torn—how to choose among so many girls? Meanwhile, Zhang Erniu, consumed by jealousy, steals the medical book to sabotage him. Can Afu resolve the crisis?
