Lin Yang, a hidden descendant of a medical family, returns to his poor village to investigate his grandfather's mysterious death. He reunites with Su Xiaoyu, his childhood sweetheart and the village flower—who once promised to wait for him but is now labeled a "traitor" by the whole village, accused of "betraying her roots." Until an accident reveals Su Xiaoyu's secret: under her pillow are anonymous whistleblower letters and shards of his grandfather's medicine chest. It turns out she's been secretly gathering evidence against the villain who killed his grandfather, forced to pretend to be a "collaborator" to protect her family. When the two clear up their misunderstanding, Lin Yang uses his ancestral medical skills to expose the villain's fake charity facade, while Su Xiaoyu presents three years of hidden evidence. This "village revenge plan" is about to make all evildoers pay!
