On an isolated island severed by a mysterious windless belt, messenger doves are the only means of external communication. Young dove trainer Lin Xi intercepts an encrypted distress letter, uncovering a conspiracy concealed by the island's elites. To expose the truth, she must tame an 'Eye-of-the-Storm' dove—a breed no one has ever succeeded with—to traverse the deadly air currents. Complicating matters, she develops a forbidden bond with the guard captain from an opposing faction. As the storm approaches, she faces an ultimate choice between love and justice.
