Song Xiaotang is a "human lucky charm" who always wins free milk tea and aces interviews instantly. Lu Xingyao, however, is the "ultimate misfortune magnet"—he gets caught in rain every time he steps out, misses the subway every morning, and his resumes always get blown away. Their paths cross when Lu's job papers are scattered by wind; Song helps him pick them up, accidentally tangling her lucky charm bracelet around his wrist. Since then, Song's luck starts to fade: no more free milk tea, almost late for interviews. Lu's misfortune slowly disappears: he catches the last subway, his resume is found by HR.
