Lin Xiaoman, a debt-ridden secondhand dealer, gets an old warehouse key from her dying grandfather, who claims there’s treasure inside to pay her debts. But when she opens it, she finds not gold, but her grandfather’s lifelong collection of old items: a chipped bowl, yellowed love letters, a rusty toy car... To her surprise, strangers come for these “junk”: an elderly veteran searching for the bowl’s owner (a child he saved), a bride-to-be begging for her late boyfriend’s unsent letters, a boy crying for his dad’s last toy. Lin plans to sell them to pay debts, but as she hears their stories, she realizes the “treasure” is the forgotten emotions tied to each item. Just then, debt collectors arrive to seize the warehouse. Lin must choose between paying debts and guarding these “emotional treasures”—and this is the real treasure hunt her grandfather left her.
