One day, while working on the clock, a space signal comes through: astronaut Lu Zhao is on a deep-space mission targeting Guixu Star. They accidentally "connect" via the clock—one twisting springs in a bustling alley, the other watching star trails in a space capsule. The 4.3-light-year distance becomes their warmest "confidant." But Lu Zhao's spaceship is hit by a flare storm, and Guixu Star's light is about to devour his return module. Xiaoman finds Grandpa's diary and discovers the clock holds a "star orbit calibration method"—a "interstellar love letter" Grandpa never dared give Grandma, now the only hope to save Lu Zhao.
