Deep in the old alley, the "Wan Zhao Bookstore" opens promptly at 10 PM every night. Its owner, Su Wan, always waits by the window for a man in a khaki windbreaker. Until Lin Shen, an amnesiac photographer, shows up—he searches every night for a yellowed photo of a rainy day, with the words "I’ll find you in the next night" written on the back. As Lin Shen gradually recalls the car accident five years ago: he risked his life to pull Su Wan out of a burning car but lost his memory in the crash; Su Wan, determined to wait for him, turned the soon-to-be-demolished bookstore into a "time capsule". But on the night Lin Shen regains his memory, an anonymous letter arrives at the bookstore: "The accident that year was no accident..."
