Fresh graduate Zhao Xiaoman travels to an ancient town for inspiration to win an ancient-style project, only to be mistaken by Granny Zhou—who guards the family manor—as the "little great-grandma" missing for 50 years! She looks exactly like the Zhou family elder in old photos. To secure the manor as a filming location, Xiaoman reluctantly pretends to be the "senior," only to cross paths with her career rival Zhou Mingyuan—the eldest grandson of the Zhou family! Now Zhou Mingyuan is her "great-nephew." She navigates Granny Zhou's "nostalgic stories," hides her fake identity from Zhou Mingyuan, and worst of all, they start to fall for each other. Generation gap, career rivalry, fake identity—Xiaoman's "generation-leaping life" is total chaos, but it also uncovers a 50-year-old secret buried in the manor.
