A Taoist nun who has lived in seclusion in the mountains wants to live a carefree, laid-back life in the mortal world, but is bullied by local thugs and noble branch members upon arriving in the capital. Her suppressed aloof Taoist nature snaps completely—she turns into a crazy, sharp-tongued "Crazy Taoist Nun", clashing with dignitaries, exposing profiteers and stirring up trouble from the market to the imperial court. All her former bullies fall, making her a figure everyone in the capital fears. Unexpectedly, her wild madness provokes a mysterious big shot hiding his identity: "the Crazy Fish", kicking off a funny and touching counterattack journey.
