Lin Xiaochuan, a useless office drone who can't even deliver takeout properly, is hit by a talking "Yin-Yang Fate Book" and binds to a "Fate Master Training System"—he must fulfill 100 wishes for ghosts or clients to become a full-fledged diviner. His first task: help a female ghost find her lipstick, but he accidentally stuffs it into the coffee cup of Su Wanxia, a cold female CEO, and is labeled a pervert. The second task: find an old Chinese doctor's ancestral silver needles, but he inadvertently breaks the company's bad feng shui and saves Su Wanxia's failing project. It turns out Su Wanxia is his past-life Taoist partner, who scattered her soul to save him, and the system's ultimate mission is to "restart her spiritual consciousness." While dealing with chaotic tasks and awakening Su Wanxia's past memories, Lin Xiaochuan goes from a "mess-cleaner" to a "diviner even the King of Hell gives cigarettes to," and tries to trick Su Wanxia into "falling in love again"—this time, he wants to tell her the "I love you" he didn't say in the previous life, through 100 funny and warm wishes.
