A scarred amnesiac drifts into a border town only to be thrust into a drug bust led by a garrison major. During a life-or-death skirmish, his dormant instincts erupt—annihilating enemies amidst swirling dust. Shockingly, he's revealed to be 'Blood Dragon', a three-year-vanished legend topping international bounty lists. Desperate for his past, he accepts military aid, unaware it's an elaborate snare: the very traitor who caused his crash-induced amnesia now commands the operation center! When guns turn on former brothers, his roar rends the night sky—a War Dragon reborn in flames of vengeance will cleanse betrayal in blood.
