Lin Xiaoman, a history master's student, travels back to the Ming Dynasty's Xuande period while restoring ancient porcelain to solve the mystery of the "missing imperial kiln blue and white". Disguised as a male apprentice to learn porcelain-making secrets, she meets Azana, a time-traveling Persian female craftsman—they quarrel over whether blue and white should stick to traditions or integrate Persian glazes, but fall for each other while co-creating the "blue glaze Persian pattern plate". However, an accidental plate drop sends her back to the present. At the "Ancient Glaze, New Legend" exhibition, she encounters a cold man who looks exactly like Azana—and he holds the very plate that was supposed to be broken in the Ming Dynasty...
