The “Chunshan Garden” in the old alley is Lin Xiaoman’s everything—it’s her grandma’s last legacy. But Gu Shen, a newly returned hotel CEO, wants to demolish it for an internet-famous mall. To save the garden, the quirky gardener Lin Xiaoman has to “trick” Gu: pretending to be his “amnesiac ex-girlfriend”, using jasmine sachets and cherry blossom showers to create “old memories”, even “accidentally” kissing him while pruning peach trees. Just as Gu is moved by her passion and offers to keep the garden, Xiaoman panics—she’s already turned the fake act into real love. And in Gu’s drawer, there’s a photo from 20 years ago: little him squatting in the garden, next to a pigtailed Xiaoman…
