Backpacker photographer Lin Xia encounters mysterious drifter Lu Chen in the northwestern desert, where two souls burdened with heavy pasts find redemption in the sunset glow. Lin's camera holds unspoken secrets, while Lu's luggage carries inextinguishable hatred. A sudden sandstorm forces them to reveal their deepest scars in an abandoned outpost. As the last sunlight fades below the horizon, they must choose: continue wandering with each other's secrets, or confront the truth buried beneath the sands together?
