Restorer Lin Xiaoman receives an old piano engraved with "Moonlight," inside which lies a 30-year-old proposal letter from pianist Chen Mo to his lover Su Wan—he promised to play the *Moonlight Sonata* under the moon and propose, but Su Wan vanished without a trace. To solve the mystery, Lin follows the clues in the letter to a nursing home where Chen Mo lives, only to find he’s suffering from Alzheimer’s, with the unfinished melody being his only memory.
