Super stingy landlord Ma Dakuang rents out his shabby apartment at only 200 yuan monthly, plus extra fees for showers or cooking, turning the place into a "fee-collecting camp" and attracting a group of down-and-out tenants. But these tenants are actually top hidden big shots: the poor delivery guy is a reclusive sword master, the drunk tenant is an ancient immortal, and the down-and-out girl is a super-rich heiress. Touched by his secret kindness (like secretly giving buns to hungry tenants), they all team up to turn the stingy landlord into an internet-famous top star, launching a hilarious and heartwarming counterattack story.
