After being betrayed and pushed off a cliff by his own relatives, a man survives and finds a mysterious little girl who can communicate with animals — a ginseng spirit born in the ginseng mountain. With her guidance in the forest and help from animal friends, he gets rich by overthrowing the bad guys and digs out their conspiracy. But the girl uses too much spiritual power to heal him, turning into a ginseng root and sleeping. He guards the ginseng, exposes the mastermind, and waits for her to wake up for a reunion.
